Top Ups and Payments

Our payment options provide added flexibility and security. We want you to get the most from you money and avoid all the handling charges that are applied with the other PAYG units. We offer the simplest and most convenient ways to make payment on to your account. These payment options are available:


Just log on to our website and follow the instructions. You will be taken through a link that will allow you to make a payment, look at your account and check the balance.

Mobile Phone

You can top up, look at balances and call back information about your supply via an app.

Card payments

Call the office to speak to one of our dedicated people and they will provide a voice and help you make a payment.


Just pay into our bank account detailing your Account Number and we will allocate to your account.

Payment plans

Spread the payment over the year.

Direct debits

We can request the sums due automatically in increments of £10.
